By using Hamkaar you accept the following terms.

1. Nature of the service

Hamkaar is an information platform that compiles company data from public sources and connects companies with buyers. Company data is provided "as is"; we do not guarantee its accuracy, timeliness or the commercial reliability of any company. Verify your counterpart before doing business. The "verified" badge only means that contact details were confirmed by an authorised person.

2. Listings and removal

A company may claim its listing to edit it or ask for removal. Content from source sites is shown with attribution; OpenStreetMap data is licensed under the ODbL.

3. User content

Reviews, requests for quotation and form content may be moderated before publication. Misleading, abusive, illegal or spam content is not published and will be removed. By submitting content you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to publish it in the directory.

4. Prohibited use

Bulk copying of data (scraping), building unsolicited marketing lists, entering fake companies or reviews and attempting to compromise the system are prohibited.

5. Paid plans and services

Verified and Premium plans are billed yearly and activated after payment is received. A refund is available on request within 14 days of activation; no refunds afterwards. The scope of service packages is confirmed in writing with the order.

6. Limitation of liability

Hamkaar is not liable for losses arising from business relationships formed through the platform and does not promise uninterrupted service.

7. Governing law

Unless agreed otherwise in writing, these terms are governed by the law of the country where the operator is established. Contact: info@hamkaar.com
