Your Voice Organization (YVO)

Through the Afghanistan Returnee Assistance 2025 project, Your Voice Organization supported and PWJ suported 1,637 households in Nangarhar with essential NFI kits thanks to the support of Japan Platform (JPF). As part of the ongoing construction work at the Kunar Nurgal girls hight school, laborers are currently pouring concrete on the roof. This step is crucial for ensuring a strong and durable structure that provides safety and protection for students and staff. The concrete roofing will help improve the overall building stability and allow for a longer-lasting learning environment. Under the AHF project, school rehabilitation activities are being carried out in Laghman and Kunar provinces. These activities include repairing damaged classrooms, and ensuring safe and accessible learning environments for students and teachers. The rehabilitation increase school attendance especially among girls and improve the overall quality of education in both provinces. Strong, well-built classrooms protect students from weather, natural disasters, and accidents. When we invest in youth and children, we invest in the future. By providing education, skills, and opportunities, we empower the next generation to lead, innovate, and create lasting change.
